Jacqueline Arriagada is a Research Fellow working with Carlo Prato in the School of Civil Engineering at the University of Leeds. Her main research interests are in understanding travellers behaviour. Her work has focused on using the theory of individual choice behaviour and large-scale transport data to specify comprehensive multimodal transport models that allow for improved transport system design. Jacqueline completed her PhD in September 2022 at the University of Chile under the supervision of Marcela Munizaga and Angelo Guevara with the title "Formulation of new models of passenger behaviour in public transport using fare collection data"
